Through a series of engaging and thoughtfully structured sessions, Alanna challenged students to explore their personal values and understand how these shape their leadership style, strengths and decision-making. Her emphasis on knowing oneself as a leader before stepping into a title or role was particularly powerful. The sessions were reflective and practical, helping students to future-proof their leadership in the age of AI by focusing on the enduring importance of judgment, empathy and values-led decision making.
