About the author:
Alanna Fraser has over twenty years’ experience as a teacher, pastoral leader and head of PSHE. She is also a certified Graydin Start with Heart coaching skills facilitator: Alanna is passionate about empowering young people with transformative competencies that will prepare them for adult life in a rapidly evolving world. She delivers training in person and online on student leadership and the 4 Vs as well as on themes such as confidence, resilience, exam stress and coaching skills.
